I'm unable to find any evidence that she had one. Legend claims that she may have been the first woman to be referred to as the "First Lady of the United States", though there's no actual written evidence for it (and the term was applied posthumously as opposed to during her husband's incumbency). The first documented written evidence for the title (as applied to the wife of a President of the United States) refers to Mary Todd Lincoln.
