The leader does not need to give sermonettes at every point; rather he lets the Scripture speak. The more the people are involved, the more they will learn and retain. The simple Bible study method which I have used and many are using around the world allows the people to read, hear, think, speak, and write. The leader is very much in control, but he can be in control without speaking all the time.
