Dwight Eisenhower was raised as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, although he never formally accepted the faith and was never baptized as one of JW's. His father stopped his activities as a JW around 1915, but Dwight's mother continued active as a Witness until her death. Dwight became Presbyterian later in his life and was baptized into the Presbyterian church after the death of his mother.
