You have to enter AP (or AA or AE for other military addresses). If those options are not available in the dropdown menu, it usually means that the shipper does not serve APO/FPO addresses directly.

First you'll have to have access to the US version of the site. Then follow the same procedures as you normally. When it asks for your billing address enter the correct address. For the shipping address enter the California address. It may not let you enter an Australian address so if you have any trouble please contact Snapfish support.

Depends on how they're shipping it, and how customer-friendly they are. Most shipping companies these days will provide a tracking number with every parcel. You go the the shipping company's website, enter your tracking number and the site will tell you where your shipment is.
Target sucks because they won't be honest and tell you the shipping fee until you enter your sensitive credit card info. That's why i won't shop on their website.
