In the constitution!!
If you are a US citizen you are the Union. Any state that may, in the future, join the Union would become US citizens. If you are referring to a workers union then it depends on the constitution of that union. There are several international ones.
No. Only a natural born citizen is eligible to become President of the United States.
No...not exactly. You would have to migrate to Tanzania to actually become a citizen of Tanzania, or you would have to have be born there.Does marrying a Mexican make you a Mexican? Think of it that way.
article 1, section 3 of the constitution says "No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen." so pretty much to sum this up, to be a Senator, you have to be 30 or older, have to have lived in the United states for 9 years, and you have to live in the state you want to run for.
common sense would be good
There is no specific qualification needed to become a senator. You don't have to go to college but it would certainly help.
Sure. There is no legal prohibition that would apply to him becoming a Senator. Since he has lived in Chappaqua, New York most recently, he would have to become a New York Senator (unless he moves to a different state).
There would be procedures to go through, but the answer is yes.
I highly, highly doubt it. In fact, almost sure that you could become a citizen. If they did not allow you to become a citizen, I believe that would be discrimination of some sort...
Only way is if you get a visa in Philipenes and Sri Lanka is your nationality so you're therefore a citizen for that country. If you have kids in the Phillipenes, They would become a Filipino citizen, just saying.
If his mother was a U.S. citizen when he was born then he may have been a U.S. citizen from the time of his birth. One does not need to be born in the U.S. to qualify for the U.S. presidency, as long as they have been a U.S. citizen since birth.
