Not in Grape Nut Flakes, but I'm not too sure about actual Grape Nuts. I would go to the store and check the ingredients on the nutrition label on the side of the box. That would probably tell you.

It wasnt Grape Nuts commercial..it was Post Raisin Bran. The commercial was done in 1986. Added 08/27/11 - He was in a Grape Nuts commercial circa late 70s or early 80s. Even though I was like 5 still remember it. Yes, the Post Raisin Bran one is recorded on YouTube but Grape Nuts commercial came first. If I remember it right, it had him singing his classis "Welcome to my morning".
