there are millions named Muhammad and all are allowed to be shown on TV. However, if you mean prophet Muhammad (PBUH), then how he could be shown on and there is no real picture or photo for him. Who can visualize himself to be as one of the Greatest prophets. Non of God prophets are allowed; by Islam teachings; to visualized in TV by any person whoever. It si a matter of respect to prophets.
