Unfortunately, there is no fast way to get another copy of naturalization papers. You're at the mercy of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
If you want a new copy of your Social Security Card, you can apply for one at your local Social Security Office. It will take several weeks to get the replacement.
Contact the Immigration and Naturalization Services (the INS.)
To obtain replacement naturalization papers, you need to file Form N-565, Application for Replacement Naturalization/Citizenship Document, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Be sure to include the required documentation and fees. You can submit the form online or by mail, depending on your preference. After processing, USCIS will send you the replacement document.
Find a lawyer and file papers through the Naturalization Department.
For naturalization records from 1860, or any year before 1906, you would need to contact the records repository for the court that performed the naturalization. Some state or regional archives also have indexes of so-called "old law naturalizations" performed in their areas. The you ask the Clerk of the Court involved for a copy of the naturalization record. Prior to 1906, there was little organization or consistency in maintaining naturalization records, or even in what information was required before a naturalization would be performed. See the National Archives explanation on this at their web site listed in Related Links, below.
Written sources are official reports, files, court documents, financial papers, news papers, or official files.

The reason for this is security. Anyone can say they have Power of Attorney so the banks will demand that proof is given before they release anything to anyone.
