I'm pretty sure they were on it for approximately 3 months.

Christopher Columbus thought the voyage was only going to take 3-4 weeks and it ended with 3-4 months.

Edit: I believe it was closer to 9 weeks.

The voyage itself took nine weeks, but you have to take into account the time spent going back and fourth due to the Speedwells' leaking and repairs (during which most of the passangers stayed on board because they had no place to go) and then the time spend in the habour at Cape Cod. The women obviously spend the longest time onboard since they didn't leave the ship until after the men had explored, and then they still lived onboard until the common house could be built.
