It depends on its date. San Francisco struck cents for circulation from 1908 to 1955 and from 1968 to 1974.
The '68-'74 coins are only worth face value to 2 or 3 cents depending on their condition. Most from the 1940s and 1950s are worth less than 20 cents in average condition.
