No, Ford is not considered a robber baron; rather, he's known as a captain of industry. He didn't engage in trust agreements (which were illegal) or consolidation. He in no way stifled free trade and competition. What he did do was use smart, fair business practices, such as pay his workers $5 for an eight-hour workday, set up his own factory that eliminated the need of an outside supplier and refinery, and made mass production possible through a moving assembly line.
He is, however, considered Anti-Semitic, based on text printed in his Dearborn, Michigan newspaper.

Frick was the chairman of Carnegie's steel company. Throughout his life, Frick was known to be a ruthless, cutthroat business man who would not negotiate with unions, who strove to maximize profits at the expense of his workers. In a sense he was a robber baron. During a strike at one of the companies largest steel plants, Frick brought in a team of mercenaries and killed nine workers. For these reasons, Frick was known as America's most hated man at the time, and was even attempted in assassination by the anarchists at one time after the strike.
He was a robber baron. He worked for the railroads in California. (A robber baron was a business leader who became wealthy through dishonest methods.)
