It is one of the final lines to the Constitution. it call for our nation to give liberty to it inhabitants from the start of the Constitution ultimately to pass that down to our children.

Actually, while it sounds like that, those are not the exact words. In the preamble (introduction) to the constitution, it uses the words "to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..." Posterity is an old word for "future generations." So, the Founding Fathers are declaring that they want to make sure that future generations live in a free country and enjoy the blessings of liberty.

It's actually in the first paragraph. It say Perfect union,establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide common defense, promote general warfare and secure blessings of liberty to ourselves and our prosperity.
