The design has been changed in 2009 to honor the bicentennial of Lincoln's birth. Four reverse images will be used, and 3 of them feature a building. The first version shows an image of the log cabin in which Lincoln was born. The third will show the Illinois state capitol, and the fourth will show the U.S. Capitol as it was under construction during Lincoln's term.
The second design is the only one that doesn't show a building, and depicts Lincoln reading.
The Lincoln Memorial is on the back of cents struck from 1959 to 2008. On better-struck coins, Lincoln's statue in the building can be seen. The Memorial is located at one end of the reflecting pool in Washington DC. The Washington Monument is at the other end. In between the two one can find the Vietnam Memorial and the World War 2 Memorial.

It is worth one cent unless it is uncirculated?
Four different pictures, having to do with the life of Abraham Lincoln.CorrectionThe above answer applies to the year 2009, not the years after. Starting in 2010 the cent carries an image of the Union Shield from the time of the Civil War.
Nope. You have a novelty item made by cutting apart a penny and a dime, then hollowing out the back of the penny and popping the dime-half into it like the lid on a sandwich box.
Lincoln is pictured on usually pictured on the front of the penny. 2009 is the only date that he was on the back. These pennies are very common and worth only 1 cent.
Despite all the advertising claims of shortages and low mintages, the 2009 Lincoln Cent is worth but a cent.
