There's no such animal. U.S. cents were never struck in silver, and all 1945 cents were made from copper.

In 1943, however, cents were struck from zinc-plated steel to free up copper for the war effort. If that's what you have it could be worth anywhere from a dime to a couple of bucks depending on mint mark and condition.
