All 20 cent pieces are considered to be rare coins with just slightly over 1.3 million minted for the entire series, regardless of date or mintmark. Well worn examples of the 1875-S (the most common date with about 1.1 million minted) easily sell for over $50 while the price jumps to several hundred dollars to a thousand dollars as conditions approach mint-state. Do not clean your coin cleaning will only destroy the value your coin has. To get an accurate estimate of your coin's value, I would take it to a reputable coin dealer and have him look at it, and if it isn't too worn I would send it in to a grading company for grading and encapsulation.
