1852 is a relatively common year for Liberty seated dimes in average condition. Look on the back of the coin to see if there's a small mint mark letter. It may be blank or there may be an O.

A Philadelpha mint 1852 dime has a value from about $18 in worn condition to about $100 in extremely fine condition and from about $280 in a lower uncirculated grade to about $11,000 in the higher uncirculated grades. A New Orleans mint 1852 dime has a value from about $28 in worn condition to about $700 in extremely fine condition and from about $1800 in lower uncirculated grades to about $4250 in mid uncirculated grades.
