If the bill does not show part of another bill, it's only worth a dollar. Standards for orienting and cutting US bills aren't nearly as exacting as those in, say, the EU or Australia because US bills don't have the same kind of security features. However if part of another bill's image is visible you should have it checked by a dealer or expert in currency errors.
