Crispus Attucks got shot during the Boston Massacre. It was on March 5, 1770. But, it wasn't actually a massacre. The colonists were provoking the Redcoats, so one of them shot a colonist out of self-defense. Paul Revere's picture have lots of flaws in it, like how he drew the British soldiers were lined up, shoulder-to-shoulder. Paul Revere made it look like it was planned. He also made it look like the colonists were innocent by making their expressions scared and confused. He also drew a small animal near the colonists to show that the colonists didn't have anything to do with it. And, Paul Revere drew Crispus Attucks as a white man, for the colonists wouldn't care at that time if an African American gets killed. This made the colonists who saw the drawing in the newspapers grow more hatred to the British.
he was a happy child
