I would probably say the colony of Pennsylvania. They were very laid back and the Quakers allowed any kind of religious worship within the colony. They also had a pretty peaceful living arrangement with the Native Americans while William Penn was alive
Pennsylvania would be the best place to live. I'm doing a project on it unfortunately and so far on what I have researched Pennsylvania's winning!
