President Obama is not a naturalized citizen. He is considered a "natural born citizen". He was born in the United States in Hawaii and has been a citizen from birth. Unless the Constitution is amended the President will never be a naturalized citizen.

I don't know what you mean by "native." Normally, this word is used to apply to someone who was born and raised somewhere, and it carries the meaning that they have lived there for most of their life: Rock star Bruce Springsteen is a native of New Jersey. Sometimes, the word has been used to refer to the people who used to be called "Indians"-- today they are called Native Americans, because they lived here long before white people did. Barack Obama is the first African-American (or the first biracial person) to be president, and he is the first native of Hawaii to be president.

Was Lyndon B. Johnson the first Texan President?

Yes, the first Texas native to become President. Uh sorry...No. Dwight David Eisenhower was born in Denison, Texas in 1890. His parents moved away from Texas when he was 18 months old, but I don't think that disqualifies him from Native Texan status.
