Countries take over other countries because of their imperialistic nature. For example if Country A takes over Country B. Country A can take Natural Resources from Country B. This benefits Country A, the country that is imperialistic because it has more resources that it can use.
The containment policy was that the US would fight against any attempt by existing communist countries to take over other countries and add them to the Soviet bloc. This was the reason for the Korean War (in which the North Korean effort to take over South Korea was successfully prevented) and the Vietnam War (in which the North Vietnamese effort to take over South Vietnam succeeded despite US efforts at containment).
Communists were perceived as wanting to take over the entire world, with their forms of government and economics. After WW2, they controlled China and Russia (which had branched out into the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics), two of the largest nations on earth. It was easy to see how Americans might have been afraid that they wanted to take over the US, as well. Further, they had taken over these large countries from within, so (at least the sometimes irrational fear went...) a small group in the U.S. would lead an internal revolution that would take over the whole country.
The British never took over the US.
that communists would take over the us government. (apex)
The first countries in the world to abolish slavery were in Europe and North America. Many countries in Africa did not abolish slavery until the 1980s.
add a tenth of the larger number to the smaller number so the smaller number is actually the larger number or you could refare to 6 over 4 in pi over 56 = x square 2 pi But no-one understands that
Because some countries want to take them over and make them part of something larger, and this causes friction between the countries - even if the countries are small, if, say, Russia was to invade and take over, the rest of the world would be upset.
no according to my opinion it is going to be larger than the mixed # say for example you take 1/3 and 1 2/4 is it going to be larger or smaller larger
Depends on how big the landfill is. Larger cities will usually have larger landfills than smaller cities.
Because there is more ice.
A simple subtraction. Take the smaller from the larger
It took over all the countries in the word. And ththen some.
The larger payout amount is an "estimated value" based on the smaller actual payout plus interest. If you take the larger payout, you are essentially allowing the lottery holders to invest your money. The risk is if the lottery goes bankrupt, you will get nothing. Also, I assume most people would prefer to invest their own money and keep all of it.
When?
It means to take a smaller number out of a larger number and the sum is what you have after.
In order to sum two numbers where one is negative, you subtract the smaller from the larger and take the sign of the larger Ans: -30
The U.S. took over none.
