Invade Who? U.S. Invasions have been generally been motivated by several causes:
- National Security- If a country is believed to be a direct threat to America's safety (such as possessing WMD's or Harboring terrorists) it could be a target for invasion
-To Protect Allies- Many wars such as Vietnam or the Korean War were fought to protect American Allies, and keep a reputation of protecting those who are friendly to America.
-To contain communism- The policy of containment caused a lot of wars
-To get resources- Unfortunately, a lot of our wars (especially the earlier ones) were to obtain resources or territory from weaker nations

Generally speaking, when the President of the United States lawfully exercises presidential power, he or she does not do so pursuant to any Amendment, but instead, pursuant to Article II, Section II of the United States Constitution. However, the 12th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and the 25th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution also impact the Executive Branch and/or the Presidency. Your question does not state whether or not you are currently living in the United States illegally. If you are, then yes, an immigration attorney should be consulted. The fact that you feel comfortable in the United States may motivate you to want to reside there but does not give you the legal right to if you are not a citizen.
Most likely not. A lot of people however do feel that they invade their privacy.
