I have been trying to find a game like that for years. I have played both of the games you listed, they are probably the closest you will get to a virtual family game. When you do find one that you download, they usually go really slow. So keep searching and good luck to you. Happy Holidays.

I'd say ourWorld. It's free, no download... But not really like sims. You could also try meez. But then again, sadly you get called a noob so many times. So I quit that game because of that.
