Yes, if you mean Werewolves. There is a tribe of them called the Companions. They can turn you into one. If you are being literal in you spelling of Warwolf and you mean a wolf that follows you into battle they have those too. You can purchase a War Dog from a man at the Markarth Stables. Though it is a dog, not a wolf. You can also kill a wolf and resurrect him using conjuration Magic.
