You can obtain aimbot for Call of Duty 4 on the PC and PS3 version. It is not possible on the Xbox 360.

If you would do play either PC or PS3 just search "Cod4 aimbot tutorial on PC/PS3" in the YouTube search bar. But make sure your super careful when downloading random files from videos. Make sure to check others comments and how popular the youtuber is before dowloading.

If after downloading you are left with a .exe file then do NOT open it. It will most certainly will be a virus so just delete from your computer.

you can get aim bot from certain sites on the internet. Call of duty 4 aimbot hacks are only avalible for the PC though.
