Yes, you can. Young Adults, Adults, and i think, the Elderly can get pregnant. You need to buy a double bed, and make the two lover have the option to try for baby. Make sure they are happy. After you click on try for baby they will go onto the bed to relax. After they relax they will cuddle. After they cuddle they will go under the sheets of the bed and Try for baby. In the morning if the Women gets sick, she is pregnant. Happy Baby!

yes you can all you have to do is press ctrl, shift and c and then type testingcheatsenabled true then enter after that you can shift and click on your sim and then you can see more options select change traits for active sim and if you arent already delete a trait and add family orientated after that if you have one click on your love partner and select special and familt orientated should appear select that and it might say try for baby and select that and they will go to bed and woohoo and then later on she will be neaseas and this is the first stage of pregnancy

I think the only way to REALLY get mpreg is download a mod. You can probably just search it and it'll come up. Then just download it and BOOM! Mpreg!

Every Sims game you can get pregnant. When our sim falls in love with another you will have the option to 'Try for Baby".
