No, due to the way the consoles sync with the portals, they are mostly incompatible. The 3DS variant only works for the 3DS. The XBox 360 version only works on the XBox 360. But the Wii and the PS3 can use each other's portal, they are compatible with either.
Yes, although dark spyro is not sold for the wii the 3ds version will work on the wii, xbox, or any other console with the skylanders game.
Smash Run is exclusive to the 3DS version of Super Smash Bros and is unplayable for the Wii U version.Smash Tour replaces this mode, which is exclusive for the Wii U version
All Skylander figures are compatible with any of the available platforms, so any Skylander figure you find will work on your Wii version of the game. Only the game software and the Portal of Power are specific to particular platforms, meaning you'd need the Wii version of the game and the Portal of Power in order to play the game on your Wii. I should probably mention that you can plug in ANY version of the Portal of Power to a USB port on your PC in order to use it with the free-to-play Skylanders: Spyro's Universe game; although there may be a driver install process that you'd need to create an account for. See the related link.
yep
No, the Nintendo 3DS and the Nintendo Wii U are two separate consoles. Though there are some linking features between the two, you cannot use the Nintendo 3DS to play on the Wii U.
No. Soccer is exclusive to the Wii version.
