To delete an account, the user will have to send the following information by email to hello@moshimonsters.com :
1. What is your Monster Owner name (the name you use to login)
2. What is your Monster's name
3. What email was used to register the account?
4. Why do you want Moshi Monsters to delete the account? (Optional)
(If you have more than one account you wish to delete, you will have to include the above information for each account.)

One suggestion is that if you want a different monster, you can sign up for a new account on Moshi Monsters. By doing that, you will have to start over with your Moshling collection, etc.

Yes, you can delete a Moshi Monsters account. You can by going to "Contact Us". (See Related Links) Send them an email saying you want to delete your Moshi Monster account. Then they will delete your account for you. OR: To cancel membership: When you are signed in to your account scroll to the bottom of the page, choose the My Account link, and from there you will be able to cancel your membership. OR: Go to the Moshi Monsters cancellation page (see Related Links) and it will guide you through the process. (Note that if it is a paid membership account and there is any time left on the account, you will lost that amount of time. )

If you had a paid Moshi Members account and the subscription has run out, your account will be a free basic account with limited access to Moshi Monsters. You will have to pay for another subscription to get the Moshi Member account back. If you can not log in to you Moshi Monsters account, you can contact Moshi Monsters using their Contact Us web page.If access to your Moshi Monsters account was suspended, you have to wait until they allow you to access your account again. If your Moshi Monsters account was terminated, removed, or canceled, you can not get it back again as Moshi Monsters will have deleted it.
