Can you delete a Moshi Monsters account?

Yes, you can ask Moshi Monsters to delete your Moshi Monsters account.

To delete an account, the user will have to send the following information by email to hello@moshimonsters.com :

1. What is your Monster Owner name (the name you use to login)

2. What is your Monster's name

3. What email was used to register the account?

4. Why do you want Moshi Monsters to delete the account? (Optional)

(If you have more than one account you wish to delete, you will have to include the above information for each account.)

You can not delete your Moshi Monster. Once you have chosen the monster for your Moshi Monsters account, that is the one you keep.

One suggestion is that if you want a different monster, you can sign up for a new account on Moshi Monsters. By doing that, you will have to start over with your Moshling collection, etc.

Yes, you can cancel your Moshi Monster account by contacting Moshi Monsters and asking them to close your account. To contact Moshi Monsters, go down to the VERY bottom of a Moshi Monster web page and click Contact Us.

Or When you are signed in to the Moshi Monsters website, scroll to the bottom, click My Account and then click the cancel button.

Well all you have to do is leave you moshi monster alone for a year and then never check it again, But if it's a member account then once your member-ship wears off you can leave it alone then and if you get a message saying " come back your monster misses you!" just delete it. hope that helped.
