Can you get your deleted character back in wow?

Yes you can. To do so you may contact Blizzard via in game support or by calling them.

To contact them in game, you need to open a support ticket (bottom of the screen, the red question mark is where you need to click).

Once you do that it should pop up something that basically says/allows you to speak with a GM-Game Master. Once you fill out the form, which you enter what happened. In this case you'd enter a reason why your character was deleted, their name, and server. You need to wait a while until a GM is available to talk, this process may take up to 24 hours, but usually it doesn't take THAT long.

After that the GM should deal with this for you, and tell you what to do next. The process of restoring your character can take up a few hours, but whatever your character had before it got deleted/hacked, it will be restored to the way it was before.

Now this doesn't mean that if you deleted all your level 80s to sell your gear/items then mail it to a character, and contacting a GM and saying you got hack. GMs know what you do, they have logs of everything. You can restore up to 3 characters if it was deleted. If you were hacked, then the character/account restoration is a different story.
