If you're talking about the wii internet on the wii menu then the answer is, yes you can download some games such as PAC'man and other classics.

but you can't download other wii games created for the wii. if that's what you are refering to then i can be much help.

Not any more you can't. In May 2014, Nintendo WFC was shut down. This is what regular DS and Wii games used to go online. Without this, you can no longer go online with Wii games.
