Defeating Mehrunes Dagon will close the Oblivion Gates, but you could still visit Oblivion afterwards if you do Peryite's daedric quest.
The end of the main quest features the king dragon Alduin being defeated by the Dragonborn, although the game can still continue after.

Yes, however, you will have to complete the Main Quest to a certain stage, because the Elder Scroll from the Main Quest is later used in Dawnguard.

If you've finished the final Companion's quest, Glory of the Dead, you can take Wuuthrad from the statue of Ysgrammor. It won't close any doors or anything, so you can still get in to the place where you can cure your lycanthropy.Hope this helps :)

If you can't reload a save from before saying no, make sure your still wearing the amulet of Mara, if your not wearing it the quest doesn't start. The Wedding quest is so buggy it's hard to tell what is going wrong sometimes.
yes if you have the sword of nulgath u get a quest called "not a quest" and it will make it drop-able.
The round and round quest is no longer on wizard
