No! minecraft updates mean patching bugs and glitches and/or adding new mobs, blocks, recipes, or taking things out. This does not restart your world but you should back-up your worlds anyway.
Its the same as Restarting your PC, your Mobile Phone,, etc Just switch it off and then switch On.
restarting
Starting or restarting a computer.
Well, if you mean as in ''creative'' or ''survival'' they are right there once you click create new world. If you mean texture packs you can download them off of minecraft sites.
In later updates, you sit on a horse like you sit on a pig if you mean to say " how to RIDE " it then I have no idea how to do that but to sit on a horse, right click on it with a saddle and right click it
This is all a matter of preference. If you are experienced in games using the "WASD" keys, then Minecraft for PC would be for you. Minecraft for PC updates a lot more frequently than the Xbox 360 Edition, thus making more new things. Xbox 360 Edition, on the other hand, is if you're an Xbox player and don't mind a bunch of updates! Updates mean a bunch of keeping up with the updates, otherwise you'll have no idea what just updated, and a lot seems to be updated each update! Don't worry, the Xbox 360 Edition updates as well, just not as frequently! Another plus to Xbox 360 Edition is the ability to play with others online easier in your own server.
Minecraft doesn't have projects. If you want to have a project to, say, make a cannon, just make the cannon. You might mean "How do I make a world", just press Singleplayer and New world.
This is quit common, don't worry it probably means that notch has taken minecraft down for a bit to add updates that's why p ( had same problem myself) Hope this helped
You mean minecraft? No. It's a game about finding materials and building your own world with then.
There is no seed for "flatland." If you mean a flat world, you can switch to the flat world setting in the world creation settings. If you know there is a "flatland" seed you should specify what you mean.
If by 'What website is for Minecraft?' you mean 'What website do you play Minecraft on?' than the answer is simply Minecraft.net :)
It doesn't mean anything specific 'in Minecraft', it is short for Major League Gaming.
