Yes, because Awakenings is an expansion to Origins
Dragon Age: Awakening is an expansion campaign to Dragon Age: Origins. The data on the disk is just the info needed for the new campaign, however it cannot be used without the game 'framework' provided when you installed Dragon Age Origins.
Yes, you can. Each class can be played as male or female, and there are several joinable female characters. ------ you can also play a female charcter in awakening, dragon age 2 and hopefully dragon age 3
So since the original answer completely ignored the question here is the proper answer :-) After you purchase the game itself whether online download or at a retail store, you DO NOT have to pay a monthly access fee to play Dragon Age Origins. Dragon Age: Origins is a retail game. You can buy it at a store or online on steam at the link in related links below.
actually game informer magazine just released an add for a new one so far there is dragon age origins, dragon age awakening (add on to DA:O) and dragon age 2. dragon age 3 will be coming out and will be relased some time winter 2013, or 2014, im still prayinng for it to make an early release but not lacking game play (i can hope cant i?) lol - bluebunny69 :)
Of course you can!
NO! If you want, you can just buy Dragon Age Awakening. Awakening is no where near as long as Origins since it is basically a DLC, but you can make a brand new character in awakening. It will start you off at level 20 so you arnt getting killed by a weak darkspawn every time you turn around. It's pretty much just like starting a brand new character, just with an auto level up to get you started. Hope this helped! =) ------ pretty sure its level18 the orlision warden start at! -bluebunny69
Lea Michele played Wendla in the original cast of Spring Awakening on broadway.
It's an Original Gameboy game, so I doubt it.
Start again from a different character background or play the expansion.
You Cant import your character from Dragon age Origins. You Play as a character named Hawke Throughout the game. So there is no way to get the strength you had on your old character. If there is importing it will most likely effect Hawke's world through the choices the Warden made.
not if you are using a stand alone disk otherwise yes as it is needed to download the game to your xbox
nope... not really. Dragon age 2 has a different plot, time and character. for example. DAO was about 1 year long. DA2 is 10. You might want to know the basics, though. darkspawn (evil mosters) caused a blight, (first games plot) and you ran away. later on after the blight, you will meet the king or queen. You could decide who that is in origins. but if you know a little bout dragon age you wont need to play it to play DA2. How you casn import your origins game if you had want, not nesscerey tho. Dragon age is an awesome game, so enjoy :D Hope this helps. -blue (a.k.a dragon age junkie)
