Not the game itself, and its free on Playstation network, but you need an internet connection and a Xbox Live Gold subscription.

It only costs money to buy it it doesnt cost any money what so ever after that unless your buying extensoins(none out yet)

no, i think its is for free, but if you buy the game you need to be careful because one scrath can ruin your desk and the internet on the pc is really laggy

Once you have the game it's free to play for ever, although if you want to have your own server you may have to pay for that.
