it never says that she does but if you watch some of the cutscenes, it reveals that midna does have some feelings for link. toward the end of the game, she is about to go back to the twilight realm. when she breaks the mirror, she says, "Link... I..." but never finishes her sentence... who knows? maybe she really does love link. Yeah she prob does but i prefer him and her friends. (besides theyle never see each other again) I think the first time they met mindas jaw dropped so low that link got scared and thought "OMG its going to eat me!"

There's no solid evidence that Link is truly in love with Midna or not. It's a huge debate among fans though, because of a fews in-game hints, but has yet to be confirmed. At the end of it all it's all truly based on opinion though.
