Riku gets the Darkness Keyblade in Kingdom Hearts, made purely out of his Darkness. He loses ability to wield a Keyblade for a while, then he gets the Soul Eater Keyblade in either the beginning of Chain of Memories or the end of Kingdom Hearts, I'm not sure which. He get's Way To The Dawn after choosing the Path To Dawn at the end of CoM, or RE: CoM. Those are his only three keyblades.

After the Monstro world is complete, go to traverse two and you should be given a keyblade when you meet Gepetto and pinnochio. The Oblivion keyblade is in a chest just above where you verse Riku the second time in hollow bastion. And the ultimate blade is forged through synthesis by gathering rare materials. I think you might get one from defeating Sephiroth too.

I'm assuming your asking who does Sora care for more between Kairi and Riku, well, it is more of an opinion. I, personally, say Riku. Part of this is because he chooses to continue looking for Riku, rather than being with Kairi, or bringing Kairi along to find Riku. Though, perhaps he desn't want Kairi to get hurt, hwich is quiet a tossup. The other part of why I say that is because I <3 yaoi, but lets not get into that (but feel free to talk to me about yaoi on my message board ^.^)
