European television standards are different than those in the US, which could be a potential problem, as could the fact that mains voltages and plug styles vary from country to country. Finally, there's at least a possibility that game discs purchased in Europe may not work with a game system purchased in the US and vice versa.
However, if you use a transformer/adaptor for power, and have a US system, games, and television to hook it up to... yes, that will work in Spain.
