Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship 2010 does indeed have several glitches while playing.
Some examples are hearing swapped sound effects when monsters attack (e.g. a monster with a laser effect attacking a monster with a sword effect will hear the sword sound effect instead of the laser) and misuse of "Necro Gardna's" effect (you should only be able to remove it from play when a monster attacks and not any other time) just to name some off of the top of my head.
