First go to the shop and click "Buy Riot Points" at the top right corner of the window (Below where all your IP and Level is shown)
Then it's just like most sites; you fill in your personal details, age, email etc. Then you fill in your card details, including your card number and security number. Then you continue, confirm your purchase, and there we go! Riot Points added to your account. A confirmation email will be sent to your given email address for security reasons.
However, you get less Riot Points this way. You get more by buying a prepaid card.
