Unless you upgraded the computer, No is your answer. The current requirements are listed below.
Minimum System RequirementsCurrently League of Legends does NOT work on iPod. This could change in the future, but is probably not going to happen.
Yes it does work. I seen people played from Japan and Thailand.
Yes League of Legends does work on windows 7, i have windows 7 and it works just fine, you may need to reload it if it doesnt pop up the first time because that has happened to me, but otherwise you should be fine
As long as you can run League of Legends on Windows 7(which you should be able to), you can use the collector's pack, since that is redeemed in the game client store.
If I'm not mistaken the pvpnet patcher kernal is part of the client. Looking at the name I guess that it needs to connect to the league of legends servers to work properly. If it has problems it may crash. The best place to ask these sorts of questions would be on the league of legends forums.
There are many problems that occur with League of Legends while logging in. The most common is that the server is busy. To fix this, try to login again. If it doesn't work check the LoL Support Page, provided in the Related Links area of this question.

Any number of SATA-1 drives will work. My Inspiron 1501 has a Fujitus 120-GB.
No, you do not need WiFi for Pokemon Go to work. But, you do need cellular data to play, and it does use much of your cell data plan monthly.
Yes it will work on that particular computer
The charger will most likely work.
No, you must use the iLol to work. Try typing in iLol in Google search, and press the first one. Also there is a tutorial on installation on YouTube.
