Every First Person Shooter for the Xbox 360 and PS3 is an M and not a 15 except in Australia where the age is lower or for the Nintendo DS game that is not even close to the same game as the consoles. It's a 15 because it has some quite nasty war brutality and violence; there is one torture scene, enemies can lose a limb if blown up and shooting an enemy will leave gratuitous blood on the environment, not to mention a great deal of profanity by the American Soldiers.
