The bills should be laying on top of any table or surface. You might have to look in all of the rooms of your house to find them. My bills are normally on my coffee table in the living room. They look like paper. Just click them and it will tell you how much they cost and there will be bottons saying "cancel" or "pay the bills". Hope I helped!

I kept trying to run sims with nightlife but the latest game I had installed was apartment life... ~Always put in the disc of the latest game you installed~

Honestly I don't know what the gamemakers were thinking when they decided that, however i would like to let you know that there is a Sims 2 Pets game (avabile on wii, Nentendo DS, n others) where you can have dogs n cats (n fish n a hampster thing) if it is sims 1 get sims unleashed if it is sims 2 on ps2 can't but on PC get pets sims unleashed and sims 2 pets are the only games where you can have pets and i don't know about sims 3 haven't played it yet
