Transmorgifigation is not a given on becoming a vampire. Your basic vampire is actually quite a simple creature able to steal life-force and that's about it. Count Dracula was able to do this as he was (in addition to being a vampire) a high level sorcerer as well.

Where are werewolves found?

Works of HorrorIn the movieswerewolves can be found is places where vampires live like la push or forks because werewolves main job is to protect humans from vampires even though i see no threat against vampires if you don't smell to good... anyway werewolves can be found in places like Greenland and places where it rains because as i said werewolves are found near vampires trying to protect humans ( and maybe a place like seatle )Were wolves certainly do not exsist.First of all, you spelled werewolf wrong. Second of all, the plural of wolf is wolves, so it would actually be werewolves. Third of all, there is no such thing as werewolves, and the only way a human would act " wolf like" would be if they had a condition called clinical lycanthropy. I hope that answered your question.

Why do the wolves in the Twilight series eat so much food?

Because in real life wolves eat a LOT and the author wanted to make it seem like werewolves could exist even though they don't. It was pretty much just to make the werewolves seem more like real wolves.

Are werewolves stronger than vampires?

Yes, Vampires are stronger because they have more chromosomes then Werewolfs and also some Vampires are gifted with special abilities and werewolfs are not.No werewolves are at least 10-20 times stronger than vampires in their wolf forms making it very difficult for a vamps to attack them. Even in their human forms werewolves possess a strength that vampires do not. also vampires have more weaknesses than werewolves do. vampire weaknesses- sunlight, garlic, silver, and the need to feed (drink blood)werewolf weaknesses- silver, and also the need to feedand yes vampires are also alergic silver its in vampire lore.vamires are deffinantly stronger. They are made of a material stronger than anything known to man. Basically (not to sound ignorant) but twikight has it pretty much all right. A vampire is is much stronger and has a lot more will and self control. Were wolves are angry time bombs waiting to explode and anything can set them off.actually werewolves are stronger because in twilight they are not even werewolves they are just people who can change into wolves, so that means that simple ordinary wolfs can kill vampires easily. so just imagine how weak a vampire would be against a real werewolf. also in vanhelsing dracula the lord of all vampires can be killed by one ordinary were wolf and didn't even stand a chance. It depends on the age of the vampire and the skills he possess. Twilight werewolves aren't actual werewolves, but shape shifters that turn into wolves. Alone, they don't stand a chance against a skilled vampire, but together they can destroy one. In Twilight, Caius of the Volutri almost died fighting an actual werewolf, but he killed it a survived. The Twilight shapeshifters are strong, but not as strong as actual werewolves. They only survived the New Born battle because the Cullen's trained them. If they had gone alone to fight the New Born vampires, they would've be killed.Besides Twilight, werewolves and vampires have battled and it always depended on the age of the vampre. Vampires grow stronger with time and since they can live forever, they can become the strongest being alive. Now, if a "young" vampire (outside of the Twilight mytho) fought a werewolf, he might stand a chace, but he would most likely be killed. Also, keep in mind that most werewolves can't change at will like Underworld. They are governed by the moon and only then do they become strong enough to kill a vampire. The vampire could kill them before the transformation finished. So, in the end they are both strong and both can kill each other. Who cares who is strongest, they both are cool.

How strong are werewolves?

Werewolves are probably very strong because they can kill vampires by biting them. They are also larger than humans and vampires, which are probably 2 times as small. Even though werewolves can be killed or wounded by a silver substance or a weapon, I have heard that these cunning and big creatures of the night are very strong. I don't know if there are any werewolves but I have heard that if there are werewolves, they are hard to come by.

What is real like aliens werewolves etc?

Werewolves are real. There have been too many cases of sightings and attacks for it not to be. some are due to lunacy but what about the fact that even the ancient Greeks and early Europeans were writing about such things. Since the time people could write down or draw out stories werewolves and vampires and such have been in them.

Is quileute legend of vampires or werewolves?

No. Despite what some people may claim, the Quileutes have no traditions involving vampires or "cold ones." Meyer made this up out of whole cloth, and if I recall she stated as such. She has also claimed that the rest of the folklore was "genuine," but real Native Americans beg to differ. You can see what they have to say about her "genuine" Quileute folklore here: http://www.bluecorncomics.com/twilight.htm http://www.quileutes.com/quileute-indian-reservation/quileute-tribe-history.html --- Vampires are the natural enemies of Quileutes, the werewolves are designed to fight and kill vampires. However, the Quileutes do learn to work with the Cullens in the series, even if some of them like Leah and Paul still don't like the Cullens. --- In reality? I don't know, I can not find anything that says they are enemies. But Stephanie Meyer claims to have found a link on google that states they are natural enemies, although every site I have looked on Quiteute Legends they all say nothing about vampires.

What are the Halloween animals?

Most animals (such as bats, cats [usually black cats], wolves, spiders, rats, crows and ravens, etc.) are associated with Halloween because they are either nocturnal, dark in color and therefore associated with death, or associated with legends and monsters (bats = vampires, black cats = the familiars of witches or even witches themselves, wolves = werewolves, and spiders are just plain creepy. Also, crows and ravens are associated with death.)

Is jacod black a werewolf in the twilight series?

SPOILER ALERT!Jacob Black (along with all the other wolves) are in fact shapeshifters (as revealed in Breaking Dawn) by Edward. Until that point, even the wolves themselves are under the impression that they are werewolves. So, technically, no, Jacob is not a werewolf.

Why are vampires afraid of wolves?

There is no folklore to back this up. In fact, according to Stoker, Dracula had not only an affinity for all wolves, the wolves in Transylvania answered his command. In the real world, vampires and werewolves are a fundamentally different kind of creature. They are near-opposites and this makes vampire-werewolf relations difficult. Behavior, lifestyle, eating habits and other characteristics can be drastically different between werewolf and vampire. Werewolves can be prone to violent outbursts if they smell a vampire nearby and some vampires avoid werewolves for that reason. From InuNoTaisho... To elaborate on this further, according to many old European legends, a vampire could either turn into a wolf himself, or command wolves to do his bidding. I believe there is a bit in Stoker's novel about Dracula wherein the vampire does become a wolf while in London. As for "werewolves", they were a different sort of creature from an ordinary wolf. Werewolves were born when a human is either cursed by a witch, or is scratched or bitten by a werewolf. The original werewolves could only transform during a full moon, and during the rest of the time, they were vulnerable human beings like everyone else. Once transformed into their wolfish form, that human being would no longer have any control over the wolf's desire to hunt and kill. Part of the confusion here stems from the fact that old vampire and werewolf legends have morphed quite a bit in modern popular culture. Nowadays, you see stories about vampires that walk during the day, have babies, and all kinds of things the original vampires could never do. This is true for the werewolves too. This kind of change got started during the Hammer Films period of vampire movies when Christopher Lee played a vampire that was more romantically involved with his victims. Prior to his films, vampires were only violent killers who were sometimes exceedingly ugly or frightening. Then, in the 60's, along comes Barnabas Collins, a man who was cursed by a witch to become a vampire. During the Dark Shadows TV soap opera he appeared in, he also had a lot of interaction with Quentin Collins, who was a werewolf. Both characters were far more romantic and angsty about their afflictions and their love lives than most of their predecessors. In most older story mythos, the vampires are considered the top of the monster heap when it comes to power. One modern example of an old style vampire is in the British TV series called "Being Human", wherein the vampire character "Mitchell" struggles to contain his powerful and murderous vampire nature, and his apartment mate, "George", is a werewolf who turns on the full moon. To contain the wolf and the destruction it causes, George locks himself in a cage for the night of a full moon. He and Mitchell never go head to head, but there is a secondary story arc about werewolves and vampires hating each other and fighting. Later on, we meet the vampire "Old Ones" who look down on werewolves, referring to them as dogs, or even puppies. This, of course, hacks off George to no end. Another example is the movie series "Underworld", wherein vampires and werewolves have been at war for ages. Vampires are depicted as more powerful, but werewolves are fast and vicious enough to be a real threat to them. To date, the "Twilight" series of books have taken the most liberties with changing both vampires and werewolves away from what they originally were. In fact, Edward really doesn't qualify as a true vampire according to those old tales. He is something else entirely that resembles a vampire in nature. Same thing goes for the werewolves. The wolves are probably more accurately described as "shape-shifters", since they can control their dual natures.
