Cheating, hacking and glitching will get you deranked. You can also do it yourself if you want to. when you max out on the tenth prestige you can reset your stats, this will bring you all the way back to unprestiged level 1

Another way to get deranked is to join a hacked private lobby which people invite you into and you get deranked so the best way to avoid being deranked is to not accept invites to parties unless you know the person.
