There are a few cheats and hints for you to get money on AC:WW. Firstly, though, some simple ways to get easy money every day.

Every day, there are things you can do along side your fun to make money. These 10, simple instructions will help you make that money. There are no warnings or anything bad that could happen from it. So, the steps:

1) Go to the beach and collect up all the shells. Sell them to Tom Nook (throughout the day more shells will appear on the beach for you to sell).

2) Go to the gate and talk to Copper. Select 'Invite Guests' and 'DS to DS' to open your gate. Now all the residents in your town will be in their houses, making step 4 easier. Now talk to Booker and select 'lost and found'. Take out EVERYTHING in there - pitfall seeds included.

3) Go to the Town hall and look in the recycling bin. Take anything in there out (if your pockets are full, put the pitfall seeds in and come back for them later).

4) Talk to all the residents in your town till someone asks you to make a delivery for them. Now everyone's in their houses, it will be easier to do this. Go back to the person who asked you todo it and they will give you a present. Try to make at least 3 deliveries.

5) Look at the items you've collected. Decide which are the best items and which could be better (you may want to go to Tom Nook and see which are the most expensive items by selecting 'Sell', putting an item in at a time and he'll tell you how much he'll give you for it). Sell the best items to Tom Nook. You're now going to need some writing paper (and if you've put your pitfall seeds in the recycling bin, get them back now).

6) Write letters to random residents in your town (but not your own characters) and put the items you have left inside as presents. Now send them off at the Town hall. Write more than ten letters if you want the replies to come quickly.

7) Look at the replies. Each one should have a present in. If you're satisfied that each new item is better than the one you sent, sell them. If not, send them as presents again.

8) You're now going to need a shovel. It doesn't need to be gold. Go to a rock in your town. Stand beside it and dig a hole on your right, left and behind. This will make you stand still. Now hit the rock. If nothing happens, do another rock, then the next, and so on, till money bags come out. When they do, hit it constantly till loads come out. You can make up to 20.000 bells a day by doing this one step.

9) Shake some fruit trees and sell some of your fruit for some more money. If you have a friend with you, though, and would rather get 500 bells than 100 bells for your towns main fruit, fill your pockets with fruit from your town and visit a friends town. Sell your fruit there. Then shake some of their trees and sell their fruit at your town. You might want to save some of their fruit and plant some of them in your town to grow trees so that you can make more money without the traveling.

10) Rate this post five stars!

Lyle cannot be trusted; he is a fraud and makes you pay 3000 bells for his insurance when he only gives you back 100 bells. But if you've already been fooled by him and have insurance, there are some ways to get a bit of your money back.

Shake every non-fruit tree in your town till a bee hive falls out. Let them sting you and Lyle will send you 100 bells in the post. Do this every day. Also, while you're shaking trees, money bags should drop out, giving you even more cash!

If you have a King Tut wig, put it on for a while every day then run around your town. You should trip over a few times, and Lyle will send you 100 bells. This will also work with the crown and a few other heavy items, and sometimes when it's wet and raining.

When Redd comes to your town, always buy his paintings. If it turns out it's a fake, put it in your room. Chances are it will look nice! No, anyway, if you buy a fake painting Lyle will send you 100 bells.

Do these things at every opportunity. Don't worry; bee stings disappear after you've saved, you won't receive any bruises if you trip, and I wouldn't really bother buying paintings from Redd anyway! I look at the list online to see if it's a fake or not.

There are lots of people that write the cheat on how to get 99.999 bells on the web, but don't give all the information. Having tried it myself, I know what cheat to trust.

Step 1:

Put 100.000 bells into your bank account at the town hall, or more.

Step 2:

Save and switch off.

Step 3:

Go to your DS menu and click on the picture of a small DS at the bottom of your screen.

Step 4:

Click the blue icon.

Step 5:

Click the calendar icon.

Step 6:

Change the date ten years ahead.

Step 7:

Save and switch off.

Step 8:

Go to animal crossing and select one of your people.

Step 9:

You should have a letter from the town hall saying they're added 99.999 bells to your bank account to thank you for using the town hall's facilities.

This should take five minutes. Then you need to save and switch off, and go to the calendar icon again. Change the date ten years ahead. Do this again and again. It will only work nine times on every DS. When you have done it nine times, change the date back to the year 2000. You shall get another 50.000 bells. You should get 1.000.000 bells in total.

If you put an amount of money lower than 100.000 and higher than 50.000 into your account instead, you shall get less than 99.999 bells. If you save less than 50.000 bells into your account, you'll get no money at all. So don't try the cheat where you put 1 bell into your account and fast forward; it doesn't work.

WARNING: If you do this cheat you shall experience the following;

Neighbors will move. You shall get lots of weeds. You might not be able to order from your catalog anymore.

You can also get an Action Replay which will allow you to do cheats, such as Infinite Bells.

Shake trees, sell stuff, or hit rocks with shovels- one rock will contain money. You can mainly make money by selling fish. You can also sell fossils and bugs if you wish. The best way is to sell fish if you wish for long term money. Hitting a money rock will get you up to 8000 bells, but that is not too much in the long run.

Or, if you'd rather cheat your way into fortune, you can put all of your money in the bank, change the time forward a hundred years, then turn it back to the time it was before. Read the mail and you'll get a letter from the bank telling you how much interest you've gained. This method can be repeated, but it ruins your town and makes it ugly.

You can also sell shells from the beach, take the items from the recycling bin and sell them, or sell the lost and found items that Copper and Booker keep. In the scheme of things, you can get a lot more money by selling fish, bugs, or fossils.
