How can you modify vehicle colors in Borderlands?

In the screen where it says you can spawn vehicle and such, there should be a square of what the color is going to be, (it usually is preset on yellow). Click on the yellow square and you can customize what color it is. Just to save you trouble in case you were wondering, that vehicle you get from scooter as your first time is the only vehicle you can drive in the game unless you buy the Secret Armory of General Knox expansion pack. If you do by chance then you get 2 new vehicles. They are only useable in the maps of the expansion pack but they do greatly improve the gameplay.
