Laptops that's battery is fully charged does not weigh any more or less than one that's battery is not fully charged. If there is a difference, it would be so small you would not be able to tell.

When the Gioteck EX-02 headset is charging, the LED indicator on the device will display a red light. Once fully charged, the LED light will turn green. Charging usually takes around 2-3 hours and the headset can provide up to 8 hours of gameplay once fully charged.

You can tell the RAVpower deluxe RP-PB35 is fully charged by checking the LED indicator lights on the device. When fully charged, the lights will typically display a solid green light or all four indicator lights will be illuminated, depending on the model. If the lights are blinking or showing red, it indicates that the power bank is still charging or not fully charged. Always refer to the user manual for specific indicator meanings.
Test the battery with a digital voltmeter. You should get a reading of 12.6 V if the battery is fully charged. If the battery is fully charged then you know the alternator is functioning properly and your problem is more than likely a defective starter.
If you turn it on and look in the top right corner, there is a battery icon (you have to touch the edge of the screen for it to appear). Click it and it will tell how much percent it is charged.
You can tell your power bank is fully charged by checking the indicator lights, which usually change color or turn off when fully charged. Some power banks have an LCD screen that displays the current battery percentage. Additionally, you can refer to the manufacturer's instructions for specific indicators related to your model. If your power bank has a charging cable with a built-in indicator, it may also signal when charging is complete.

Do a compression test Make sure battery is fully charged Remove all spark plugs Lock throttle fully open Check each cylinder Highest should be within 10% of lowest
There are two measures, cell voltage and specific gravity of the electrolyte. Cell voltage is the simplest to measure. For most automotive, flooded cell (having liquid electrolyte) batteries, 12.6 volts is considered full charge, although it is typical to have 13 volts or a bit over. The specific gravity of a fully charged battery, measured with a hydrometer, is 1.265.
