Look for the model number then find it on the related PlayStation link to determine your answer. You can also go there first and click the red letters "to find the PlayStation 3 model number" to find where your model number is located. see related link
It is also in system information under the setting menu. It will not say that it is the 80 GB model, but it will tell you the available GB and the amount used. On my 320 GB model it says 298 GB available 58 GB remaining because I have 240 GB of the HDD filled with my downloads and Sony used 22 GB foe there software
The PS3 slim has a 120 GB and a 250 GB model and are the only PS3 models now being produced
ps3 80 gb.
There is not 360 GB PS3 and the 320 GB PS3 does not play PS2 games
Yes you can buy gigabyte for the new 250gb PS3!!!
All GB PS3 play all PS3 games. The new PS3 move will require older PS3 to get the latest updates as will the 3D games
A 160 GB PS3 cost
320 GB PS3 with Move Bundle is $399.99 160 GB PS3 is $299.99 250 GB PS3 new $349.99 120 GB new PS3 $299.99 Fat PS3 start with 40 GB used $249.99 to $349.99 60 GB Used The new prices at EB games are the same as everywhere else
The system is no longer produced as it was a Bundle with the 80 GB PS3 and that model PS3 has been replaced with the PS3 slim 120 GB and 250 GB models
Yes it does and it also has the 4 USB ports which is really how you can tell. Someone can switch a harddrive to 60 GB and that PS3 would not play the PS2 games. You can also add a bigger harddrive to the 60 GB model and it will still play PS2 games
The PS3 has 160 GB or 320 GB and looks like all the other PS3 slim models because the harddrive is not visible
go to your system setting and then find the memory, dont worry if it says less memory than what your ps3 was bought for, there is already information in the ps3 which takes up some storage Go to settings menu> system setting> system information and your PS3 Harddrive GB will be higher than the amount shown under available. My 320 GB has only 298 available. The PS3 harddrives were available new with 20, 40, 60, 80, 120, 160, 250, and 320 GB
PS3 is way better and right now August 24 2011 for $300 you can get the system with Infamous 2 and a PS3 with a 320 GB Harddrive or a 320 GB + Move Bundle for $350. The 160 GB model is only $250 it's lowest price. I really think you meant which is better the Xbox 360 or PS3, but that was not what was asked and there is no doubt even the PS2 is better than the Xbox. Both the Xbox 360 Kinect bundle with 250 GB and the Xbox 360 gears of war 3 320 GB models are $400 and the PS3 320 GB + Move Bundle at $350 and the PS3 320 GB Infamous 2 Bundle are cheaper, have free online, and play Blue Ray Discs
