How do i get a eon ticket in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire?

Start the game and talk to the woman by the ferry in Lilycove City. She will run off and get a man who will take you to Southern Island. There, you will find a statue in the middle of a puddle of water. Face it and press A. Latias/Latios (Latias will appear for Ruby and Latios will appear for Sapphire) will appear. Catch the Pokemon and save the game.
