Okay, when you become Super Sonic, simply run into the red swelling spots on the Biolizard, it took me a little while to realize that you don't just run into it, you pretty much have to press B or A button to homing attack it when you are near. if you can't reach it in time, simply stay as low as possible and fly all the way under the biolizard. you will switch to Super Shadow while sonic heads to the Ark to collect some rings while you fight. It may take a couple of tries to beat him though, it took me a little while on my first try.

For example the last time I beat the game before I got super sonic it was big,the at the main menu go to adventure and there would be a yellow question mark between sonic and E102 and that is super sonic (NOTE:you can not play super sonic in mission or trail.And you can play super sonic again even if you beat the game)
